Plate seems to be in good condition but in need of cleaning. All appear to be original and in very good condition. No visible cracks in bridges or soundboard. None are broken/missing, but are particularly dirty. Pin block itself appears to be original and has no visible crack. It is incapable of holding a standard tuning. Pin block has torque only in the 5-10lbs range on average. Some scratches and blemishes are visible. Exterior finish and case are in overall fair condition. more some paint worn off in middle section of piano where played most often. Action– all original action parts with wear and tear consistent w/ age.
